Highlights of environmental protection measures

Energy transition: Starting from 2025, we will completely cease the use of coal and invest $3.5 million to introduce biomass energy.

Innovation in wastewater treatment: Adopting plasma filtration technology to reduce exhaust odor and obtaining ZDHC certification,
Real time online monitoring of wastewater discharge indicators.

Advocate for inclusivity and diversity, and value the health and well-being of employees:
Provide annual health check ups
Organize fun activities
Special periods for caring for employees (such as visiting sick or bereaved employees)
Human resources practice:
The ratio of Chinese and Indonesian employees is 1:20, actively creating local employment opportunities.

Labor rights:
Strictly prohibit child labor and forced labor.
Develop a supplier code of conduct and conduct regular audits.
