PT Golden Tekstil Indonesia welcomed a delegation from SMK N 1 Kendal on April 23, 2026, as part of an industrial visit program combined with an on-site recruitment initiative. Around 100 students from the Fashion Design program, accompanied by the school principal and teachers, participated in the visit. The event was officially received by the company’s General Manager, HR Manager, and team, reflecting GTI’s commitment to building stronger connections between education and industry while introducing students to the real working environment of the textile sector.

The program began with a corporate presentation that introduced GTI’s business profile, operational scope, and role in the global textile supply chain. During the event, both parties also formalized their collaboration through the signing of a memorandum of understanding, marking a strategic partnership to support vocational education development. To enrich the students’ experience, GTI organized a short garment industry class followed by a factory tour, allowing participants to observe firsthand the production processes, technology, and quality standards applied in daily operations.

In the afternoon, the visit continued with a recruitment session for students who had reached legal working age, drawing strong enthusiasm from the participants. By integrating industrial exposure with direct employment opportunities, GTI not only provided practical insight into modern manufacturing but also created a pathway for young talent to begin their professional careers in the textile and garment industry. This initiative underscores the company’s ongoing commitment to talent development, community engagement, and preparing a skilled workforce to support future industrial growth.
