PT Golden Tekstil Indonesia organized a special appreciation program for its Best Employees of 2025 on April 4–5, 2026, in Yogyakarta. The program was held as a recognition of employees who demonstrated excellent performance and significant contributions throughout 2025. A total of 45 selected employees were invited as award recipients, although not all were able to join the trip. Through this initiative, GTI reinforced its commitment to fostering a culture of performance excellence while emphasizing that the opportunity to become a Best Employee is open to all employees across the company.

The two-day program began with participants departing from the company area by bus to Yogyakarta, where they took part in a series of recreational and team-building activities. The itinerary included visits to Lava Tour Merapi, Parangtritis Beach, Malioboro, Goa Pindul, as well as a local souvenir center. The activities were designed not only to provide a rewarding leisure experience but also to create meaningful moments of interaction and camaraderie among employees from different departments.

Beyond serving as a token of appreciation, the Best Employees program reflects GTI’s broader human resource strategy to strengthen employee engagement and motivation. By recognizing high-performing individuals through memorable experiences, the company encourages all employees to continuously improve their skills, productivity, and contribution to organizational goals. GTI hopes this program will inspire more employees to strive for excellence and earn the opportunity to be part of the Best Employees group in the coming years.
