As part of its commitment to employee welfare, PT Golden Tekstil Indonesia (GTI), through its Human Resources (HR) Department, organized a National Health Insurance (JKN) Socialization Program in collaboration with BPJS Kesehatan on May 13, 2026, at the Tugu Muda Meeting Room. The program was attended by supervisors and representatives from various departments, aiming to increase employees’ understanding of the importance of health protection through the JKN program.

The session featured speakers from BPJS Kesehatan, including Bapak. Subkhan, Head of BPJS Kesehatan Ungaran Branch, Mr. Nugroho Teguh, Head of Membership Division, and Mr. Fendi Nugraha, MLK Administration Staff. During the presentation, participants received comprehensive information about the benefits of JKN membership for employees and their families, participants’ rights and responsibilities, healthcare service procedures, and the referral system within the national health insurance program.

In addition, participants were introduced to the features and benefits of the Mobile JKN application, which provides easier access to various healthcare and membership services. The session highlighted how digital services can help participants manage their membership information, access healthcare-related services, and obtain important information more efficiently.

The program was conducted in an interactive atmosphere, with participants actively engaging in discussions and raising questions regarding healthcare services, administrative procedures, and the utilization of BPJS Kesehatan facilities. The exchange of information allowed employees to gain a clearer understanding of the program and its role in supporting their health and well-being.

Through this initiative, GTI reaffirmed its commitment to promoting employee welfare by providing valuable education and awareness programs. By improving employees’ understanding of the JKN program and its services, the company hopes to encourage the optimal use of healthcare benefits, ultimately supporting the well-being, productivity, and long-term welfare of its workforce.
