To support increasing production capacity, PT Golden Tekstil Indonesia (GTI) has added a new Air Covering machine in the Inspecting Area, specifically in the weft yarn storage section. This improvement was carried out by the Engineering Team together with Mr. Liu Jun to increase the supply capacity of covering weft yarn, an important material that supports the weaving process. The project is part of GTI's continuous effort to improve production performance and meet the growing needs of customers.

Before this improvement, the existing Air Covering machines could not fully meet the increasing demand for covering weft yarn. As production continued to grow, maintaining a stable yarn supply became more important to ensure smooth operations. To address this challenge, GTI took the initiative to increase production capacity by installing an additional machine and improving the production support system.

The implementation included work area standardization, layout adjustment, preparation of the required utilities, machine installation based on the official manual, and a commissioning process to ensure the machine operated safely and efficiently before full production. Every step was carefully planned to achieve the best performance and maintain high operational standards.

With the new machine in operation, the supply capacity of covering weft yarn has increased, helping to ensure a more stable raw material supply and supporting a smoother weaving process. This improvement also increases the productivity and efficiency of the weaving looms, reduces the risk of production delays, and helps maintain consistent production to meet customer demand.
