As part of its commitment to workplace safety and health, PT Golden Tekstil Indonesia (GTI) sent employees from several departments to join a First Aid (P3K) Training Program at PT Surya Kusuma Nusantara, Semarang, on June 9–11, 2026. This program aims to improve employees' emergency response skills, strengthen the company's readiness to handle workplace emergencies, and build a safer working environment for everyone.

The participants came from different departments, including Administration, Marketing, Engineering, HSE, Garment, Supply Chain Management, and Security. By involving employees from various work areas, GTI ensures that more trained personnel are available to provide first aid whenever an emergency happens. This cross-department participation also helps strengthen teamwork and emergency coordination across the company.

During the three-day training, participants learned both theory and practical skills through classroom sessions and hands-on practice. The training covered first aid for workplace accidents, injury treatment, emergency response procedures, basic life-saving techniques, and the correct safety procedures before medical professionals arrive. These activities helped participants better understand how to respond calmly and effectively during emergency situations.

Through this training, participants gained the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to respond quickly and correctly in emergency situations. Their ability to provide immediate assistance can help reduce the risk of more serious injuries, improve the safety of employees, and provide valuable support until professional medical help is available.
