Understanding employee rights and workplace protection is an important part of creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive work environment. With this in mind, PT Golden Tekstil Indonesia (GTI) held a BPJS Ketenagakerjaan awareness session through the Human Resources (HR) Department in collaboration with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan on 22 July 2026 at the Tugu Muda Room, GTI. The session was attended by supervisors, admins, and representatives from various departments.

During the session, participants learned more about the five BPJS Ketenagakerjaan programs: Work Accident Insurance (JKK), Old Age Security (JHT), Death Benefit (JKM), Pension Security (JP), and Job Loss Security (JKP). The session explained the main benefits of each program, helping employees understand the protection available to them in different situations. Participants also received information about claim procedures and how to make the most of their BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership.

The session also introduced Jamsostek Mobile (JMO), a digital service that allows participants to access membership information and various services more easily. Through JMO, employees can manage and check their BPJS Ketenagakerjaan information directly from their mobile devices, making it easier to stay informed about their membership. The activity was delivered in an interactive and engaging way through presentations, discussions, and a question-and-answer session. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions about the programs, claim procedures, and the use of JMO. This interaction helped employees gain a clearer understanding of the benefits and services available to them.

For GTI, providing employees with a better understanding of workplace protection is not only about fulfilling responsibilities, but also about building awareness and encouraging employees to take an active role in protecting themselves. Knowledge of available benefits can help employees feel more confident and prepared when facing different situations related to work and social security. Through this activity, GTI continues to support employee awareness of their rights and workplace protection. With better understanding and access to the available programs, employees can make the most of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan benefits and contribute to creating a safer, more comfortable, and productive workplace.
