Bandung, 29 July 2026 – PT Golden Tekstil Indonesia (GTI) took part in TRIAF 2026 (Textile-Garment Regulators, Industries, and Academicians Forum) at Politeknik STTT Bandung. The forum brought together the government, industry, and vocational education institutions to discuss the challenges and future of Indonesia’s textile industry.

The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, Faisol Riza, S.S., M.A., representatives from the Ministry of Industry, BPSDMI, Politeknik STTT Bandung, as well as textile and garment companies and organizations. At the forum, GTI was the only textile company invited to share its views on the current condition of the national textile industry. General Manager of PT GTI, Mr. Lu, shared GTI’s experience in facing global economic challenges and highlighted the importance of innovation, quality, and collaboration.

This message reflects GTI’s belief that collaboration is an important key to facing industry challenges. By working together and sharing knowledge and innovation, the Indonesian textile industry can become more adaptive and competitive in the global market. As part of its support for vocational education, GTI also donated a handloom weaving machine to Politeknik STTT Bandung. The machine is expected to support students in practical learning while strengthening the connection between education and industry needs.

GTI’s participation in TRIAF 2026 reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the development of Indonesia’s textile industry. Through collaboration, innovation, and support for vocational education, GTI continues to contribute to building a stronger and more competitive textile industry.
